Product Delivery and Return services.
Delivery services:
Presently the delivery services are provided only within the territory of Yerevan city. The
delivery in states of Armenia is coming soon. You’ll be informed about it later. Follow our
news on our official page.The price of delivery is AMD 1000.
It's important to check the condition of product and the exact quantity at the moment of
receiving it and sign in receipt sheet. If the payment of the purchase is already done, it will
be given to the customer personally. In that case the customer must show ID or passport or
other confirmation documents.
In case with Entities the invoice will be provided, that must be confirmed or stamped
electronically. The delivery man has right not to hand in the purchase to the costumer , if one
of the points mentioned above or the payment is not done. The delivery will be done within 3
days after order process.
Product return policy:
The wish of our Company is to make your online shopping more pleasant, and we are eager
to make our return procedure within 14 days , without reasoning the points. You only need
to contact with our operator by the following phone number ( 010)
After the return procedure, you can visit one of our shops to return the purchase. At the
moment of returning you must show the receipt sheet and all the documents mentioned in
that receipt e.g. cash register coupon, warranty receipt and etc.
Dear customer, the following products are not subject to return or exchange:
● Watches, which chains were fitted to customer's hand size.
● Watches, that have been used by customer from the moment of purchase.
● Watches with precious stones.
● Watches made from expensive metals( gold, platinum)
It’s important to know, that the products must not have any traces of use and the factory
packaging and stamp must be saved.
After the procedure of product return, your money will be returned the same way as the
payment was done.
These terms of return procedure are not acceptable for the purchases done by Entities.
